CATERING OF FIKA IN GOTHENBURG

We make sure to enrich your events with appreciated coffee & fika thanks to our focus on taste & experience through selection of own production, local, organic and unique products.

The coffee we use is from a local micro-roastery, the coffee is of the highest quality (so-called speciality coffee) and is traded via Direct Trade, which creates better conditions for the coffee growers. You choose what flavour profile you want, whether you want something light & fruity or more medium/dark with chocolatey & nutty tones.
We tailor the flowers according to your wishes.

CUSTOMER EXAMPLES

  • The Avenyn Association wanted to arrange a locally roasted morning coffee for Gothenburg’s cleaning day at Götaplatsen for the officials and politicians who would be going around picking up litter. We stood at a table on a chilly day with thermoses, milk, sugar, etc. and happily served the delicious and warming coffee to get them started.
  • Frank&Earnest helped their clients in the construction & municipality to Önnered, before a large construction project, they invited the local population to provide information and dialogue for a better experience, to this they wanted to offer, among other things, good coffee and buns and festis for the children. We came with the party and brewed fresh coffee on the spot during the evening.
  • Polestar had a grand opening for their new store and needed wait staff and beverage service for a whole week. The drink had to be in glass bottles. We looked at Polestar’s values of quality, local and sustainability. Based on that, we developed drinks that focused on the same values, on site we made sure that the drink produced was always cold.
